Hello guys, I'm newer at forum and I don't find full answers about that situation.

I'm looking to build a new setup with AMD:

CPU: ryzen 5 3700x
GPU: RX 5700 XT
MOBA: B450 tomahawk msi (bought)
Memory: G.SKILL Trident Z Neo 3600mhz
Cooler: Noctua NH-D15S
Case: Corsair carbide 275r tempered glass
SSD: Sandisk 240gb
M.2: Adata XPG Spectrix
EDIT**

PSU: Gigabyte 750W 80 Plus Gold Modular

EDIT**

I am doubtful about the processor, this computer will be for games only, but I want to keep it without doing many upgrades for a long time. I only play competitive games like CS: GO and Fortnite, I don't want to play campaign games like Assasins Creed, the witcher, etc. Is it beneficial to buy the ryzen 5 3700x or keep the ryzen 5 3600 OC?

EDIT**

Brazilian Price of Hardwares:
CPU: 1000BRL = +- 250USD
GPU: Do not have an good actually price in brazil so I'm waiting for more customs
MOBA: 950BRL = +- 210USD
Memory: 900BRL +- 200USD
Cooler: Do not have in Brazil I'll import later
SSD: I have
M.2: 350BRL +- 85USD
PSU: 420BRL +- 100USD

EDIT**

I have actually a intel PC with 1060 6GB and i always use 144hz monitor, so i need this fps or more to future buy a 240hz.

Thank you for reply, so I will change 3700x for 3600 right? It's enought for my objective.
A 1060 will be the bottleneck when pumping frames at 144hz, not either of those CPU's. Assuming you don't game at 720p.

Oh Right I Forgot, my PSU will be a 750W GOLD MODULAR

FYI... these guys are more interested in brand names for PSU.

I'm from brazil, I do not have a specific budget for PSU, what you recomend, Buying a R5 3600 and not 3700x, I will save like 250$ = 1000BRL
Saving on the processor is a great way to get into a more capable GPU. If money was not an object I'd still suggest a 3700x, but the 3600 will not hold back a 5700xt if your goal is high-refresh/high-DPI gaming. It's an excellent compromise to get where you are going, and sooner.

I understand i think i ll get 3600 and invest in a better gpu like 5700 xt or 2080
