In that case, you're going to want a more powerful GPU, unless you don't care about higher settings (which is a valid, if uncommon, point of view).

Should be able to max everything other than Crysis 3, for which you would need a more powerful (and price-inefficient) GPU such as the 780 or Titan, or a potentially buggy SLI/CrossFire.

Edit: The RAM is a single stick because the motherboard presently come bundled with an identical 8GB stick for free, and while 16 GB isn't needed, it's a nice free bonus.

Edit 2: It's also worth noting that Haswell drops on the 3rd, so I would definitely recommend waiting for it.
