There are a couple of things that could do with "adjusting".
You should use low profile RAM to avoid risk of clash with CPU cooler. Suggest Corsair CML, GSKill Ares, or Crucial Ballistix Sport.
Suggest you use CoolerMaster Hyper 212Evo for cooler.
Corsair possibly better for PSU.
You probably won't need any additional fans.
If you let us know your location (country) and budget, could possibly sort some better options/deals.

You're spending a lot of money on things that you don't need to be spending a lot of money on. For starters - the Xigmatek Gaia *SUCKS*. Too many loose parts, cheap thermal compound included, and the fans are a pain in the ass to attach to the heat sink. Go with a Hyper 212 instead, then you can drop the thermal compound.
For CPU I'd suggest the FX-6300 as it's a good low cost CPU compared to the Intel i3-3220.

I'd also suggest changing the RAM as well to something like the G.Skill Ares or Mushkin Blackline.
