More information needed:

PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition (new, refurbished, used)?

What specific components are hot and what temperatures?

How are the fans arranged: back, sides, front, top? Air flows in and out?

My thought is that the fan's may be "fighting each other to the point where little or no air is actually flowing.

Thermal paste: what brand and how applied?

Psu: corsair cx 750Watt with 80 pluss bronz, its mby 5-6 months old.
my pc is telling me that its my cpu that is being super hot while idle.

Top and side panel are exhaust and bottom is my intake, i use the lian li 011 dynamic case.

Thermal compound is MX-4

Readed a little bit online, someone said this can be fixed in the bios, is that correct ?

My thought is that "fixed in the bios" is a bit too broad. "Correct?" - no way to really answer that question.

I want to know what the full problem was, what did they change in bios, and what was that specific change, and lastly did the change really work?

= = = =

No overclocking in your build - correct?

This case?

My suggestion is to take two or three clear photographs of the case and fans.

Post here using imgur (www.imgur.com).

Before tearing things apart, reapplying thermal paste etc. it makes sense, to me at least, to take a good look at the current case arrangement.

Components, cables, fans,. and airflow directions. Just to eliminate air flow issues.

Someone may spot something amiss or otherwise problematic.
