Question My new SSD spikes to 100%

2 weeks ago i bought an 120gb Adata m.2 nvme ssd for my lenovo y520 legion. It only had an 1tb HDD before, and i wanted to upgrade it. I moved Windows 10 over to the SSD. After i moved it over, i noticed that after about 5 minutes, the ssd usage spiked to 100%, and Stayed like that for about 30sec-120sec. I then reset Windows, and after that i still had the problem. After that, i went to the retailer and got a new one, and i still have the problem. How can i fix this?

how full is the 120gb?

It’s about 40% full. Only have Windows, a couple games.
