My P6T SE is slow to boot

They weren't able to help me.

I've tried EVERYTHING. Nothing's worked.

-AHCI enabled (actually made my boot even longer)
-Bios settings fiddled with (nothing worked)
-Everything updated)

I've actually made backwards progress, because at least with IDE it only took 30 seconds. But with AHCI I added maybe 10!!!

I'm running out of ideas.

Oh hello, yeah sorry I didn't tell you my specs.

I have Win 7 64 bit.

Do u test the RAM sticks one by one? Also try to load the OS in safe mode to see what happen.

I have tested the ram. They all check out the same.

Safe mode wouldn't help me any since my real problem is the bios having a slow post.

Just an update, I have re-enabled IDE because my boot times are much faster with it than AHCI.

Still slow, but better than it was.
