Solution
I like the i3-4130 for a budget build.
I might change a bit:
The cpu is strong enough to support a stronger graphics card. Could you manage a GTX750ti?

Use a 2 stick ram kit so you can operate in the faster dual channel mode. 2 x 4gb is better, 2 x 2gb if you must.
Even ram speed 1333 is ok.

Thermaltake psu quality is mixed.
I would buy the case and psu separately. Only Antec case and psu bundles are of decent quality.

Today, you might as well buy a H97 or Z97 based motherboard. I should cost no more and provide you with future broadwell upgrade options.

If you are planning on gaming, sreaming or edditing a lower priced cpu than the one you chose and the r7 260x are going to give you terrible performance. Also 8gb of ram (2×4) is recommended as most new games need this. You also need to buy the case and power supply separately as the power supply could be really bad, therefore is could fry your whole computer if it is a cheap psu so dont cheap out! So overall if you go for a cheaper cpu, bottleneck will not even matter as it will not run games well at all and especially not streaming and edditing as it is very cpu intensive. Hope I helped🙂

No. I meant that perhaps for gaming, you might want a stronger graphics card.
The i3 is really a decent cpu for a budget build.

It may well depend on the games you play.
If one is to build a entry level gamer, then I suggest building with both a cpu and a GPU future upgrade in mind.
Yes, you will pay a bit more up front. But a motherboard change is one of the more disruptive and costly changes you can make.
It involves reinstalling your apps and games, and perhaps even a new windows license.
For that reason, I suggest a Z97 based motherboard. Even the most inexpensive will do. That gives you the option to eventually install the stronges gaming cpu chip around, and even the broadwell chips of the future.
It will cost you perhaps $20 extra.

The same reasoning applies to the psu. Buy a quality psu up front of about 620w and you can install virtually any single gpu graphics card. That will again cost you perhaps $30 more than a minimaklly sufficient psu.
Don't even think about a cheap quality psu. It will become very expensive when it fails and damages anything it is connected to.

Both a Z97 board and the board you listed above will support the i3-4130, but the Z97 has a sense of future-proofing about it, as it can support Intel's next generation of chips, as well as the -K series overclocking Intel CPUs. If you can afford it, I would go for it.

Where do you live? We need to know that to choose.

What is you budget and purpose of this build? Your setup is fine, except the psu. There ways you can make it better as mentioned above. I would go with the i3 4130 or 4150 + a B95 or H97 mtherboard. The i3 can handle up to a GTX760 with causing a noticeable bottleneck. I would go with something stronger than a 260x. A GTX750ti or R7 265 at least.

I Live in Egypt

The Purpose is To Run AC 4 On Ultra (Not HD)
I Cant Find The B95,H97 Here
