PC Specs:

CPU:
Intel XEON E5-2680

Motherboard: X79 motherboard

RAM: 32GB Reg ECC

GPU: NVIDIA Quadro K620

I know it's not the best GPU in the world, but I have seen many Youtube videos showing games being played (even some at 1080p) with this NVIDIA K620. Here is just one example:

When I try to play Microsoft Flight Simulator, the program crashes and gives this error message:

"Your graphics device has encountered a problem and Microsoft flight simulator will exit. This may be due to graphics card overclocking, overheating, or due to a driver default."

Isn't this one of the easiest games to run?

What is likely to be causing this to happen?

Can this be fixed?

I've checked the game reequipments on steam

This is what they look like:
"SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS"
  • MINIMUM:
    • Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
    • OS: Windows 10
    • Processor: Intel i5-4460 | AMD Ryzen 3 1200
    • Memory: 8 GB RAM
    • Graphics: NVIDIA GTX 770 | AMD Radeon RX 570
    • DirectX: Version 11
    • Storage: 150 GB available space
    • VR Support: SteamVR, Oculus PC, or OpenXR. Keyboard and mouse required
  • RECOMMENDED:
    • Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
    • OS: Windows 10
    • Processor: Intel i5-8400 | AMD Ryzen 5 1500X
    • Memory: 16 GB RAM
    • Graphics: NVIDIA GTX 970 | AMD Radeon RX 590
    • DirectX: Version 11
    • Storage: 150 GB available space

The Quadro K620 is nowhere near the GTX 770 or RX 570, and these are gaming GPUs on the minimum requirements

If we're talking the newest iteration of Flight Simulator, it would be far more surprising if it did run; it's decidedly not one of the easiest titles to run. In fact, it's closer to the opposite and was quite taxing to GPUs/CPUs when it was released, and we haven't moved that far ahead yet.

In gaming, the GPU, assuming the best-case scenario since it's not really designed for gaming, you'd expect performance similar to that of a midrange GPU from 10-12 years ago (like the GTX 460 or 550 Ti).
