Question My PC can't turn on

hi. i have built a pc last month and works just fine. but today, i cant seem to turn it on. (it actually worked just fine hours before this happened) so, i decide to plug off the psu and pull the cord. i waited for hours and decided to plug it back in to turn on. when i turn on my switch, the red light under my mouse blinked once. but when i press the on button on my case, i still cant turn on the pc. is this seem to be a psu problem? hope you can help!

and the psu i use is cooler master elite p500
