Question My PC crashed

Hello , My PC crashed when i was installing fortnite and my my fps arent stable that much. I have like from 240 to 40 fps drops. Some friend says its cause chapter 2 seasson 2 update cause fps probelms to other too but i dont think its my problem because i had Stable 200fps

I don't play Fortnite but my brother plays, just i need to ask you a question : what is your configuration ?
If you have changed your motherboard or other things on your computer, this may be the cause of this problem.
Or viruses can be the problem.

What is your full pc spec? What are your cpu and gpu temperatures when in game?

Intel R core i5-4460 3.20gHz
Radeon rx 570 8gb
2x 4gb ram
I dont know my cpu temp but my gpu is like 65-70 but i always use more fan so its like 55

Download MSIAfterburner and check your cpu temperature.

I have same specs just ide usb wifi instead of Ethernet cable

Download MSIAfterburner and check your cpu temperature.

Now i noticed when i set my fps to 144 max i have stále fps and when i set it to more it starts to be weird again

And the cpu temperature is? Putting an fps limit on reduces cpu and gpu workload and there could be different reasons why that helps.

Both around 65 but now i noticed when i was playing fort at start of the year i had downloaded WHQL driver

Have you installed the latest drivers for your device ?

Your CPU is bottlenecking your GPU, because it's a good GPU but the CPU can't handle it too well.
I suggest GEFORCE NOW cloud gaming for high-end gaming on low-spec or high-spec laptops,
you need a good internet connection but it works out.
