Question My pc crashes when not playing games

I have had this problem ever since I got my pc, I bought it second hand from some sketchy guy. The problem is that when im playing more demanding games like league and gta v, the computer is fine for hours and hours. When im just browsing the internet and playing less demanding games the computer crashes while repeating the audio like this (reference 1). I thought it was the hdd cause it was making a sound like this (reference 2) so I bought a new one and it did not change. I saw someone having the same problem and they fixed it by getting a new psu so I did that the problem remains. I did the classic update all drivers and reinstall windows. I have changed gpu cause I spilled a drink on it. I have reseated the ram. I have a slight suspicion its the motherboard or the hdd controller.
