My pc detecting mic but it don't work

Hello firs of all. My English is not good so much. I'm sorry beacuse of this. My problem is about my mic. I have HyperX Stinger. My microphone is working my telephone without issue. On my PC, it do not work. I installed all realtek drivers from my motherboard's site.
My PC specs:
MB: MSI H310M pro-vdh
Procc.: I3 8100
Ram: Corsair vengeance 8Gb
Graphic Card: INNO3D 1050ti TwinX2

I don't have sound card. And my BIOS version is last version. I tried format my PC and it does not work. Please help me. Thank you.

you did use the 4 pins to 3 pins extension cable from it to pc connector and made sure you did not plug in the mic to headphones .
