Question My pc doesn’t start

I have a problem with my pc. I press the power button and while the lights (of the case and gpu’s) are on and the fans are working, the monitor seems to be off(?) Its light blinks like when my pc is turnt off. Is it possible that it got burnt or something? This happens for second time, i don’t know if i was just lucky the first time i remove all the cables from the motherboard and plug them back again and it worked but now it doesn’t. My monitor is an old Samsung one. What should i do?

Cpu i3 7000
Gpu msi gtx 960 2g
Psu corsair cx600 watt
Ram hyperx fury 8gb
Hdd samsumg evo 860

Now i just tried again after 8-10 hours after i went to sleep and it started normally. I believe that there is a problem if i play for multiple hours?

No i don’t have another one sorry is there any way we can fix this or i have to buy a new?
