My pc freezes and screen shows signs of missing pixels

When I turn on my HP Pavilion Media Center with windows 7 installed, it freezes after 10 min of work. First signs of it appear when 3 or 4 pixels start showing and after all screen freezes. It is shaking and all kind of lines dots appear on it. Also colors become very light. When I use it on safe mode, it is just fine.No problems. I tried all kind of different test like, AIDA64,FurMark,etc.
Please help me identify my problem and the way to fix it.

is the moniter cable ok ? ..sometimes people scrunch them up, and bend them , and after a while the kink in the line can cause problems with signal to the monitor..ok, soo Safe mode is fine ..have checked for any updates from HP, BIOS, Firmware, Drivers, etc ?

I fixed it by myself. I just had to change a new graphic card. Very simple!!

lol, ok , well glad to hear its fixed , was trying to fix it wihtout you having to spend money , but ..new graphics card will generally work too
