Question My pc is blocked on the bios startup

Okay, i managed to solve the problem but I have 4 rams, Corsair RAMs in 1600 and 2 Kingston in 1333 before the problem this one worked perfectly but now only the Kingston works
 
Given the age of the system, you could have a number of issues going on. In this case, try installing the pairs of memory into the matching slots and set the BIOS memory speed to auto/default. You may be okay running at 1333, but not faster.

Yes, I do that, but the system keeps rebooting. That's why the graphics card LED is blinking.
 
So a bought new ram DDR3-1600 PC3-12800 16Go
