[SOLVED] My pc is not turning on

My mobo in the pass had been acting weird. The first time I installed it, it did not want to turn on and I left it like that for a while. In the middle of the night it turned on by itself. This occurred again when I unplugged it to clean it. The cmos button was glowing, but it did not turn on. I waited a while and it turned on by itself. This time I unplugged it to clean it again and now it won't turn on. The cmos button is glowing, but it won't respond. I know that it is not the case button because it had been working previoulsy before I had that mobo.

Specs:
Mobo- Msi z270 gaming m5
Ram- 8gb ddr4 viper
Psu- Zalman ZM600 LE
Cpu- Intel core i5 6600k

Judging by symptoms I would be highly suspicious of the PSU.

It ended up being the mobo which got replaced
