Question My PC is performing really bad

Userbenchmark is not a great resource to determine system performance, but it can give us some insight.

From what I see here, your processor is likely overheating. It has a base clock of 2.15GHz but only averaged 1.5Ghz during the test.

Also i feel your core 2 quad is causing a bottle neck with the 1650

Look at your turbo speed it's slower than the base speed, probably thermal throttling from heat.

Edit on the processor. You also need to make some more room on the SSD just 13gb free space.

Remove the two 2GB sticks of ram and make sure the two 4GB sticks are in the proper slots.

Boot the machine and wait a few mins.
Run UBM with the browser closed.
