I always had Hardware accelerated GPU scheduling setting off. But today I was playing Cyberpunk 2077 and wanted to try frame generation. I had to enable HAGS so I enabled it. After I restarted my PC it wasn't turning on and I couldn't see what it was saying because I have two monitors and the second monitor is 768p and the boot screen doesn't show up because it tries to show up in my second monitor but it says resolution not supported.

I thought I was screwed and shut down my PC, unplugged my second monitor, then booted up the PC. It said preparing automatic repair and then black screen and it was stuck there.

I tried going into BIOS or boot options menu, my keyboard and mouse was lighting up but it wasn't going into BIOS or boot menu. But it wasn't saying repairing, it was just loading forever.

I tried pulling out my RAM sticks and putting back in but it didn't do anything. I tried CMOS reset and after I did it this time it showed a screen that showed my hardware information for a second and then Windows loading forever.

One time I decided to wait when it was loading and it said Fixing F: Stage 1 and it said (0 of 256). The thing is I have 3 storages one SSD which has everything, one SSD which is completely empty, and one HDD which is completely empty. I don't know what F: is it's probably a recovery partition or something. I waited for it to finish and it got stuck on finished 100% and I restarted and it got stuck on preparing automatic repair again.

I don't know what to do now. Here is my specs:

Windows 10
4060
Ryzen 5 5600
MSI B450M
2x8 3200 MHz Corsair RAM
1 TB SSD
500 GB SSD
500 GB HDD
650W PSU 80+ Bronze

I bought my GPU, CPU, and RAM 2 months ago.

unplug all the storage that is not your os.
or try install a new os on the empty ssd, unplug the current os ssd first.
Okay dude I just found out that if I wait for 15 minutes when it is in black screen it says diagnosing your PC and says your PC did not start correctly and I can go into advanced settings. I tried a system restore point from there but it didn't work and after that I tried going into UEFI and disable all the boot settings other than my main SSD. İt didn't work either now I did reset this PC while keeping my files hopefully it will do it. İf not I will do a full format with a Windows media USB. After that if it still doesn't work then it's probably a hardware problem and I am screwed.

Okay it's finished and it says Fixing F: Stage 1 again... That is the worst possible result probably. I will also try formatting with USB.

Okay wow now after I restarted when fixing F: thing finished, it continued to install windows and now I am in. And my HDD isn't showing up I think it could be the problem. My second SSD is showing up tho. So it's fixed now I guess.

Yeah my HDD showed up on itself now. And it's F: I just assumed it would be E: but this proves that it was the problem.

When I try to go into F: it freezes the Windows Explorer. It says RAW and healthy for the HDD in the disk management. I just removed it for now and I will remove it physically later.
