Is there any solution?
if you haven't performed a fresh OS install;
make sure to do that,
and make sure you have flashed to the latest motherboard BIOS,
and that you have downloaded and installed all of the latest motherboard drivers directly from the manufacturer product support downloads page.
Recently i upgraded my CPU, motherboard and ram but since then my pc is extremely laggy and games have lower fps, this is my benchmark https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/51139306. Is there any solution?
Did you make a clean windows installed after the hardware change? If not you are highly advised to do so. Keeping the old windows installation can cause various problems and what you are experiencing is one of them.

You also need to enable XMP profile for ram in bios.

And did you perform a clean installation of Windows after this radical hardware change as asked above? Failure to do so will cause a multitude of issues. And the word clean means just that, a full wipe and reinstall of everything. Until you do that you will continue to have problems.
