My Pc is underperforming.

I have a GTX 1080, Intel core i7-8700k and 16gb of ram. My Framerate on games such as fortnite has been awful. Usually around 100 FPS on all low except 1 epic setting. Here is a user benchmark test i did : https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/12192962 . What can i do to fix this?

What kind of drives are you using?

Does your motherboard have the most current bios version installed?

Have you updated ALL of the drivers for audio, network adapter, chipset (Intel .inf and Intel management engine) and storage controllers based on the latest available versions from the motherboard product page?

Have you done a FULL, CLEAN install of the graphics card drivers using the DDU?
