My pc isn't showing display. plz. help

I have Zebronics g31 mobo , core2duo , 2gb ram and zotac Nvidia gt 610 2gb synergy edition graphics card but my pc didn't show display as i turn it on did anyone whats the problem ? Plz. Help.....

If you're still unable to get display, one of your component has gone faulty.

Also, are there any beep sounds?
