Question My PC keeps hanging and going to a black/green screen

Randomly my PC will hang and the screen will turn black on my 1st monitor and turn green on my 2nd. I have recently swapped to an AMD Red Devil GPU which is much more powerful than my old RTX 2060. I have only been having this problem since I swapped. On my parent's computer, which I had swapped with, this issue never happened.

OS: Windows 10 Education (latest) (got free key from college email)
CPU: Intel i5 9400F
RAM: 2x16GB Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro
GPU: AMD Red Devil (something, currently doing a memory test and I no longer have the product info)

If you go to "Control Panel > Device Manager > Display adapters" is your video card listed?
Is it updated to the latest drivers?
