Question My pc keeps rebooting when i try to install windows 10.

Hello guys. Im super worried about my problem. So, my old hdd couldn't boot up. When the windows logo appeared, the spinning wheel just froze, and then nothing happened so i had to force turn off the computer by holding the button for about 4 seconds. I bought a new ssd, and, plugged in the USB flash for the windows 10 installation, i changed boot settings to the USB and when the windows logo and the spinning wheel appeared, my pc automaticly reboots and continues to reebot every time. I dont know what to do.

I dont understand, if i choose to boot up from the USB's UEFI then the loading , spinning wheel, that windows boot screen has, it just froze, and nothing happens, so i have to force shut down the computer by holding pw switch
