Discussion My pc keeps shutting down for no reason OC might be the issue?

Hello Guys

a few days ago I overclocked my CPU in order to get more FPS in Arma 3 everything was good, after succesfully overlocking it I decided that I would overlock my GPU as well right after I did that my PC started to shut itself off randomly 1 time while playing 2nd time after just getting into windows, thing Is I just realized my GPU came Ocd from factory already, could that be the issue? I have a new GPU and CPU incoming in the few days but I want to solve this problem first.

Im not getting bsdos blue screens or whatever, it just turns off without a warning, also events doesnt show anything.

specs:

1660 TI gtx nvidia OC from factory
Ryzen 7 2700x
PSU: cant remember but its an Asus 850 watts will confirm once I get home
MOBO: -AUSUS AMD b450 -A/CSM

Return the gpu to it's default speed and see if the problem goes away.

In case it goes back to normal does that mean the double overclock messed up the pc?

Yes/no/maybe run the test and see what happens.

Most likely both overclocks combined , caused the instability.

by both overclocks you mean the 2+ gpu and the CPU one or the 2+ GPU, because my GPU came overclocked from factory already.
