My pc keeps turning on and off.

My pc keeps turning on and off a couple of times before it turns on completely. Does anyone know what might be the cause? The red led on the motherboard turns on.

1| When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs like so:

Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:

2| If this system is newly built, make sure that all connections are properly made and that the system isn't suffering from a grounding issue. If anything you should also see if the wall outlet has a proper ground to the main distribution board.

3| If the system shuts off when subjected to a high load then the issue is with your PSU.

Ohh, sorry. The pc specs are:
Ryzen 1600
Gygabyte Ga-ax370 k5, socket ama4
G.Skill Trident Z RGB 3200MHz 16GB
XFX Radeon RX Vega 56 XL
NZXT S340 Elite Midi Tower Matte Black
EVGA BQ 650W Hybrid Modular 80+ PSU (comes with a 8 and 6 pin connector, so I have to use another 8 and 6 pin cable, and put adaptors on both to fill out the power connectors on the gpu, maybe the problem lies there)
Kingston SSDNow UV400 240GB 2.5" SSD OEM
Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" HDD
And a 1 tb sshd from an old laptop with windows 10 installed
