my PC lags

my PC lags it started like a week ago. i notice it mostly when im listening/watching video then i open a new tab/window on anything then the audio would stutter for 1-2 seconds.. it would sound like when you open a console emulator it goes very low fps and the audio would go like "strrrrrraart gaaammme" something like that.. im using HDMI cord GPU to LCD TV.. i tried using an earphones and i hear the stutter very clearly. CPU/MEMORY/DISK usage normal-ish when the stutter/lags happen.

GPU drivers

This can often be a problem with your Browser. Try watching videos in a different browser and let me know how it goes.

hi tried that.. its not the browser coz when it also affects video i play on vlc.
