PC Only boots to BIOS?

I recently just got a Z390 Aorus Gigabyte Motherboard Pro Wi-Fi. I replaced my old motherboard (ASUS ROG STRIX B-360-H GAMING)
I pressed the power button on my pc and it booted straight to BIOS. I found this as a good thing at first, however, once I exited and saved it relaunched the BIOS.

My Specs:
Motherboard: Aorus z390 Pro Wi-Fi
CPU - i5 8600k
Ram - G.Skill Trident Z 32Gb
PSU - 750 Thermaltake modular
GPU - 2070 super MSI Gaming x
NvME - Samsung 970 Evo 1tb
SSD - Crucial 500gb

What I have done:
Reseated the ram multiple times
Cleared CMOS multiple times (jumper and removed battery)
I have gone into bios and changed the CSM support to off and back on (no effect) Storage boot and other PCI devices are on UEFI, I have tried to disable them and go to legacy, nothing...
I have turned on fast boot, I have turned it off as well.
I have turned XMP on and off.

My BIOS version is F11
I am currently trying to reinstall windows on my NvME drive.
Is there anything I can or haven't done?
