Question My pc only starts with JEDEC memory speed

Motherboard: MSI B450 Gaming Plus
CPU: Ryzen5 3600
Memory (works): Kingston Fury 8Gb 2400 mhz
Memory(Issue):Kingston Predator RGB 16 Gb (2x8Gb) 3200mhz

Many people says that is a good idea to wait Bios updates, but i want to know if somebody had the same problem to feedback or the same components ...
i dont´t think the memories are burnt, but maybe incompatible

Is the problem lack of speed? Usually it's recommended to have the same brand and same speed memory sticks. Sometimes mixing different brands/mhz speeds could cause issues. Also, the faster 3200mhz ram will be slowed down to the 2400mhz ram.

no :c , just that the x2 rgb memories don´t let thew pc start, no image and ez debug VRAM on the msi motherboard was on... and the 2400mhz Fury was supported, so ... the pc starts normaly (only with 2400mhz)
