So im not sure if this is normal but here is my specs
PC:
Ryzen 3700x
RTX 3080
32GB 3200mhz Ram quad channel
BSI tomahawk 450 max
750PSU

UBM:
UserBenchmarks: Game 153%, Desk 85%, Work 158%
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X - 81.8%
GPU: Nvidia RTX 3080 - 190.9%
SSD: Sandisk PLUS 240GB - 45.5%
SSD: WD Blue SN550 NVMe PCIe M.2 1TB - 183.4%
HDD: WD Green 1TB (2010) - 46.8%
RAM: Unknown F4-3200C16-8GTZR KD48GU880-32A160U F4-3200C16-8GTZR KD48GU880-32A160U 32GB - 80.8%
MBD: MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX (MS-7C02)

And im so confused why i cant hit over 100 fps in warzone or fortnite without constant juttering but my xbox series x runs them all like Butter is my pc worse than my series x

I have tried reinstalling windows i tried DDU ive tried so much stuff but this is really irritating me and im tempted to just give up

Better show the link to UBM results, there are comments in red under each part that is not satisfactory.

Admirable
A 750W PSU is a bit undersized for that GPU. Might want to switch that out. Your GPU performance is really low. Might be insufficient power supply, or something with the card itself. Did you buy it new? Did you daisychain the GPU power connectors, or used two seperate cables? Also, can you somehow monitor temperatures for your components, especially the GPU in your case?

It would also help if you reduced background tasks, 17% is quite high. But I don't think that's the issue here, the GPU is the more obvious culprit.

32GB 3200mhz Ram quad channel

F4-3200C16-8GTZR is a g-skill Trident-Z kit with 2x8Gb sticks. So you have 2x kits running dual channel, not quad channel, your cpu lacks quad channel capability. You seem fortunate enough to get all 4 running stable at 3200MHz, even with mixed kits. That's pretty rare for 30 series Ryzen.

At 1080p, most of fps should be on the cpu with a 3080, pretty much most games well above a 144Hz refresh, but yours isn't. What detail settings are you running? Did you use GeForce Experience with a 4k DSR? Do you have Xbox DVR and Game Helper disabled in Windows? What temps are cpu and gpu running while gaming?

should i take out the other ram sticks i have and just do 16gb dual channel instead of what you put and yeah im getting really low fps im normally running it at high never ultra and still low fps i do have geforce experience but i havent got 4k dsr and yeah the xbox dvr and game helper are disabled and temps rarely go about 70 for gpu

No, results are pretty good only a bit high latency but they don't have sufficient number of results to compare. Try with Aida memory benchmark and show picture here.

For 1080p and a 3080, you can max out graphics settings and run a 4k DSR (it usually says so in GeExp when you run it optimized) and barely dent the capabilities of that card. It was designed for 4k gaming. And you are running it on a monitor ¼ of the resolution.

That's like buying a Ferrari and refusing to drive on the interstate because you don't want to drive it faster than 50mph.

Some games I run a 4k DSR on my 2070Super at 1080p monitor, because that's a card designed for 1440p gaming.

The Only game I have run into lately that seriously challenges a 3080 at 1080p is Far Cry 6, and must include the HD texture pack.

Check for DLSS enabled and Ray Tracing disabled, if RT is enabled, it'll pull fps down a chunk.

i thought since i run at 1080p id get more fps but i can barely hit over a 100 in warzone or fortnite cyberpunk barely hits 60 this is with dlss on also

It's the cpu that creates fps. It's the gpu that either can or cannot deal with it.

If your cpu put out 500fps, but your gpu could only put 100 on screnn, that's a 'gpu bottleneck' as some describe it. Changing resolution and detail settings will help raise the fps seen on screen.

If your cpu put out 100fps, it wouldn't matter if you have a 1000Hz refresh monitor and a 9090Ti capable of 100,000fps, you get 100fps.
Changing resolution and detail settings has almost zero affect on onscreen fps. That's a 'cpu bottleneck' as some describe it.

You are not gpu bottlenecked at 1080p or especially 720p on a rtx3080 no matter what settings you imply.

Your issue starts before the info even gets to the gpu.
