My PC powers on for a second-then powers off for ~3 seconds-turns back on and boots into BIOS

Hey Community,

First of all my Specs:
CPU: Intel core i7-6700K base clock
GPU: KFA2 GTX1070 HOF
RAM: 2x8GB Corsair Vengeance 3000Mhz
MB: ASUS Z170-A
PSU: Corsair 750 Watt
OS: Windows 10 64bit

When I press the power button, the PC powers up for like 1 - 2 seconds, then shuts down for like 2-3 seconds - turns back on afterwards and boots into BIOS giving me the attached Error message.
The whole problem doesn’t occur if I leave my PC connected to Power. But when I power the Socket off that happens.
I replaced the CMOS Battery but still the same 🙁

BIOS is up to date!

Any Ideas on how to fix this?

Gonna do that ASAP and let u know if it worked

If that works enable XMP so that your ram runs at rated specs. Right now it runs at 2133mhz when it could run 3000mhz.
