Question my pc screen freezes, randomly goes black and back on, what should i do?

Hello, i just built my new computer when i installed windows i had been experiencing no issues up until now, the computer mouse would freeze, the screen would go black, and then back on i have no idea what to do, please help!
my build:
CPU: i5 6600k
GPU: gtx 1070 aero 8gb
PSU green black 650 watt switching power supply
mobo: asus h110m-r
ram: team group t force 16gb ddr4 3000

never heard of that psu. test with another psu?
what the ssd?

samsung 870 evo 500 gb, i got it brand new i was thinking the psu as well
