Question My PC seems to be losing video output randomly ?

My old PC was experiencing this same issue. Figuring it was a video card issue, and due to the current state of the market, I decided to purchase a prebuilt from Redux (PC currently under 1 month old). When the PC arrived, I installed a 2nd NVME SSD in it from the previous PC as well as a traditional HD. These are the only two pieces of internal Hardware transferred from the previous PC. I had no issues for about 3 weeks, then the issues started up on the new rig.

While either gaming or in light/idle load situations, video drops out to all 3 of my monitors and the only way to get the system usable again is a hard reboot. Audio from Youtube, games or Discord continues to play.

Current system specs. Parts marked with a * came from the previous build

Ryzen 7 5800X
3080Ti Founders Edition
8gb x2 G.Skill Ripjaws V Series RAM
500gb Adata Falcon NVME SSD (Boot drive)
*1tb Western Digital Blue NVME SSE (Game Library, was never a boot drive)
*4tb Western Digital Blue Hard drive
Asus Prime X570-Pro Motherboard
850W Cooler Master MWE Gold power supply
Windows 10 (Fresh install from Redux)

My Monitors are hooked up via:
HDMI
DP
DP -> DVI

Update: I have unplugged all USB devices other than mouse and keyboard, and removed the two transferred drives. The problem continues.

Posting the resolution in case anyone with the same problem finds this post. My monitor hooked up via DP was having some issue and causing the crashing.
