It seems like whenever i play some games, it literally slows down my PC, making a buzzing/laggy noise, it can be heard from the game and when i tried watching a youtube video on my second monitor.
ive closed all applications, nothing.
updated my graphics card, still nothing
i even updated my sound card, no luck.
weird part is that, some games doesn't happened, like Payday 2, killing floor 2, tower unite and various source games.
