Question My PC suddenly freezes while using Chrome ?

Hey guys, I have some weird issues going with my pc. IDK why but whenever I try to use Chrome my whole PC freezes and I can't use anything after that. My mouse and keyboard don't work at that time. I have tried reinstalling Windows but that didn't fix that issue. Even tried removing malwares by Malwarebytes that didn't help either. At this moment I don't even know if it's a hardware issue or software issue ?

My PC Specs:
MSI B450 Tomahawk Max
Ryzen 5 3600
Sapphire R7 370 4GB
Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 8GB DDR4 3200MHz x2
Seagate 1TB HDD
Samsung 970 Evo Plus 500GB NVME
Antec VP450P 450W Non Modular

If windows 10, download Win10 Auto Installation Program (NDIS) from under the windows header below
if windows 11, download Win11 Auto Installation Program (NetAdapterCx) from under windows here

yes, I used brave browser. It happened with that browser also.

Its not normal for programs to cause freezes, but drivers can.
Chrome being a browser, I jumped to Internet drivers as cause.

Ahh i see. I can assure you my internet drivers are working fine
