So last night I've shutted down my pc and when I try to turn it on this morning it wont boot

Usually when this thing happen it has to be ram or I need cmos reset. But in that case, it usually bootlooping turning on and off

It now turned on with high rpm and high pitched frequency (same pitch or rpm like I always hear when my pc normally boot) then after 5 sec it slow down, and repeat

I usually encountered on and off loop but not this

I tried to make the ram single and swap out with my old 4 gb ram
It looped on and off, after resetting cmos it went back looping without turning off
I tried taking out my nvme, same

CPU fan on
GPU fan on
No light on my mouse
No display obviously
Keyboard stand by light on, but not the keys backlight led

Idk I use it normally 6 hours ago, the difference is that I shut it down for the night

Idk how to identify if it's mobo or cpu problem

PSU Corsair CV 650
How old is your PSU?

Usually when this thing happen it has to be ram or I need cmos reset.
It could also be a grounding issue or your PSU refusing to power the system as t's run it's course. Try and source(borrow) not buy) a higher wattage, reliably built PSU from a friend or neighbor and see if the issue is alleviated.

[SOLVED]
It was the GPU
For some unknown reason it's firmware problem

My friend has this exact issue a year ago
Need to use CSM to boot then update the firmware
