Question My PC turned on with screwdriver method but after few seconds lost power and now won't turn on ?

Today i turned on my PC with lighter cuz it has metal on it but after few seconds it just lost power and now wont start even with start button or screwdriver method with pins on motherboard.

please let me know where i stand, do i need to buy new motherboard or problem is something else? ty

Measure PSU voltages, or borrow another PSU, or both.
