My PC Turns on in just a split second.

I'm having a problem with this since last week. My PC turns on in just a split seconds and when i tried to turn it back, nothing happens and then when i turn off and on my avr it goes on again but just a split seconds. I tried many solutions already but nothing works .. All fans and led's are working .. Please Help me .. ((

Try install new copy of windows or what ever OS you have.

You need to tell us what hardware are you runnng.

CPU.
COOLER
MOBO.
MEMORY.
Video card.
HDD / SSD
Optical Drive.
PSU.
CASE.
OS.
Bios version + settings may help too.
