Hi, my pc details are these:
GPU: rx580
ROM: 8g ddr3
CPU: i3 4160
Windows 10
Once I disassembled my graphics card, and my ROMs, and after assembling them again and by turning the pc on, the ROM usage ranged between 2 to 2.5 gigabytes. By moving some files from hard to flash drive, it reaches 3 and more. The disaster appears when I lunch one of my games! The ROM percentage reaches even to 85%, around 7 gigabytes, although previously, at most 4.5G of it became used.
I modified start ups, even reinstalled windows 10, but nothing changed!
I would be glad to help me fix this strange problem.

ROM like in Read Only Memory ?

That must be RAM (Random Access Memory). ROM is found in BIOS and such and it's only few Megabytes at most.
8GB of RAM is quite a minimum nowadays, you might want to check which background programs are running in Startup and cut them down to bare minimum.
before this event, I could lunch and play my games, such as FIFA 19, PES 2021, Witcher 3 very well, but right after this event (reassembling), all of them started lagging badly. This is the strange part!
