So my pc has been fine for months, although now all of a sudden it won’t boot and turns off every 30 seconds.

My specs:
Ryzen 5 1600
Rx 590
16gb ddr4 3200mhz Corsair vengeance lpx memory
Asrock AB350 Pro4 MoBo
EVGA 750 watt powersupply

I’ve honestly tried everything, reseating cables, resetting the cmos, leaving hard drives unplugged, replacing the power cable, reseating the ram, replacing the gpu, etc. If anyone has any idea as to what is going on I would appreciate it.

EVGA 750 watt powersupply
EVGA is the brand of the unit while 750W is the advertised wattage of the unit. What is the model of the unit and how old is the PSU?

Does the PC remain powered up if the discrete GPU is taken out of the system?

You might want to also mention how you're cooling that processor. Make and model of your case?
