Question my pc won't bootup need help

so i got a local chinese vendor Graphic card. it showed my cards name on bootup. it started to stuck in between usage and i had to restart it but from some days its not turning on completely. And by turning on i mean its not booting up. when i plug in the wires the computer is on but it doesn't boot up "no signal" error on the LCD. No light signs in keyboard or mouse. but the fans in CPU are working and there is an orange light on with the CMOS battery. I HAVE REMOVED THE CARD AND PLUGGED THE HDMI IN GENERIC PORT FOR INTEL GRAPHICS TO BE USED but its not working at all no bootup.

PLUS. ever since i had that GPU installed my pc was getting stuck. and randomly it would get stuck and i would have to force restart the pc. Kindly help

Reset the BIOS and try boot with intel/ondboard graphics ?
