Are you sure BIOS was updated for 3rd gen Ryzen ?

My psu only has 8 pin vga ports. https://ibb.co/Xy0Tgsk
That can not be right surely your power supply also have a 8 pin connector for the CPU power on your motherboard. That connector needs to be connected to your power supply and motherboard to power the CPU otherwise your PC will not start. I can see that the connector next to those 2 VGA sockets is not connected on your powersupply. The socket right next to those 2 VGA cables should be called CPU1 on your power supply. You must connect another 8 pin connector in there and then hook that cable up to the CPU power socket on your motherboard (usually located in the top left of the motherboard, can be difficult to reach inside a case when motherboard is mounted).

EDIT: Upon closer inspection it appears you have hooked up CPU1 and VGA2 to power your GPU. This is incorrect you should use VGA1 and 2 on the power supply to your GPU and the CPU1 should be going to your motherboard socket for CPU power. So you need to find another 8 pin cable for your CPU and hook that one up to the CPU socket on the motherboard and move those 2 VGA cables to VGA 1 and 2 socket on your power supply.

My cables were always in the CPU1 and VGA1. Here is a pic of the cables https://ibb.co/x1DJgTT
Is this what i did wrong?

So you do have that CPU1 cable connected to the CPU connector on the motherboard? But why are you only using 1X 8 pin for that GPU? That card should have 2X 8 pin cables connected to it so hook up another 8 pin cable to that card and see if that changes anything.

the card has only 1x8pin and 1x6pin connector. So will i just add 6 pin connector to the slot?

Sorry I meant 1X 8 pin cable to the 6 pin connector on the GPU. Usually 8 pin cables can slide away 2 pins leaving them haning so that it becomes a 6 pin cable. yes hook up another one of those cables and see if this will solve the issue! Crossing fingers 🤞

I did this and it didnt work sadly.
Do i have any options left anymore?

You are still using just one cable to power the GPU. You need to hook up a second VGA cable to the power supply (use socket VGA2 on the power supply) and connect that one to the 6 pin connector on the GPU and see if that make s a difference. Sometimes GPU's generate too much ripple current going back into the power supply during boot triggering a kill switch which prevents the power supply from delivering power and it will not boot. You reduce this risk if you use 2 VGA cables instead of just 1 to power that GPU.

I did it but its still not working. What should i do next?

Do you have an older GPU you can use to try to boot with? Anyway try to boot it after removing your GPU. You will not see anything on screen (obviously)but you should be able to notice if the system starts to boot or not. If it does we know it is related to this GPU! If not then perhaps something is wrong with your PSU!

I have tried this without GPU. No life. I do not get any response. This issue seems to be impossible to fix. I dont know if i should take this to a local pc shop but it will cost a lot.
