My PC won't start (maybe the problem comes from the motherboard..?)

I've just made my new build. Everything was working fine. Then 2 days later, I turn on my PC and it won't boot. Fans goes on, then off, then on, then off (you can see a small video I've made here : https://youtu.be/OYmoj8LKO0o).

What do you think could be the problem ? (as when I turned it off the last time, everything was fine).

My config : I7 6700K ASUS MAXIMUS RANGER VIII GTX 1080 EVGA SC CoolMaster 600W Gold.

Hm, if you built the computer, did you make sure that the cpu is seated properly? According to the video. I wanna say the motherboard is fine...But then again, since the fans are on and off, It might be a short circuit going on. Might wanna unplug things like the Wlan cards, or audio to trouble shoot it, one by one.

Ok, I'll try that. When you said "did you make sure that the cpu is seated properly", how could it be not ? I'm putting the CPU, level down the little black thing and lock it.
I'll check a youtube video to be sure I did that correctly but, i'm pretty sure it's well put..

If its not seated properly, it might give off the sound of a working computer, but with no display. Or maybe a "Check Signal" as a display. Either way, nothing won't show, but the fans and such will be spinning.

So it must not be that as the pc won't boot more than 2 sec, no "bip" sound of the bios, the fans stops after the 2 seconds. The computer turns off. Then it "reboot" itself after the 2 seconds. the turn off after 2 sec..and goes on, and on and on....

Found my answer. I unplug the mobo from the case, and magically, it worked again. I reinstall the mobo into the case and now everything is working. The only thing is, I don't understand why it happened...

If someone knows the reason of a such mystery (why the motherboard works when out of the case... There only screws for difference !
