Question My pc wont turn on but has orange mobo light?

Just put in a new water cooler (z63) and now my pc wont turn on at all it only had the normal orange light in the motherboard. i dont know what i did wrong, pls help xo
my thingies r
ryzen 7 2700x
rtx 2060
550W psu
16gb ram

it was a prebuilt and ive upgraded everything except the mobo. the manual didnt come with the prebuilt unfortunately. Do you think the psu could be too weak for my parts?
