Question my pc won't turn on sometimes

my pc worked perfectly fine, the problem is when i turn it off and tried to turn it back on the next day sometimes my pc just doesn't want to turn on, when i press the power button nothing happens, no power or anything not even the fan. the only thing that lights up is the led from my mouse and keyboard. this happens randomly, sometimes i wait for an hour and then pushed the power button again and it turns on. this problem happens like once a week and has been going on for a couple of months. i haven't yet find a way to fix it, i tried a couple ways to fix it like changing my psu, changed the cmos battery, updated the bios, tried a different power outlet, but nothing seems to work. does anyone know what should i do?

ryzen 3 2200g
cooler master mwe 450
asrock x370m-hdv
2x4gb ram

are you on win 10?
it shouldn't have any effect but could try turning fast startup off and see if it changes anything

if it does change anything, could be a driver to blame though it would be strange.
