[SOLVED] My pc wont update anything

Since yesterday for some unknown reason my pc isn't updating any sofware whatsoever. Even Windows 10 updates.
I thought it could be an issue with the Windows 10 so I decided to do a brand new installation but the problem persists.
Windows 10 finds some updates to be downloaded but they stay at 0%.
Steam won't launch. Every time I try to launch it checks for updates and then it shows an fatal error message saying that the computer must be connecterd to the internet so it can update.
I also can't download GOG. It simply doesn't download

But the most weird thing is that the internet seems to be working perfectly. Both Firefox and Microsoft Edge Chromium are working. When I do a speedtest it shows normal values for ping, download and upload but the problem I have reported above persists.

I've also restarted my modem to the factory settings but no deal.
And I've also tested a notebook connected by cable to this same modem and guess what? The internet works but Steam won't launch, GOG won't download and Windows updates aren't working either.

At this point I don't know what to do. I'm desperate.
Please anyone, help!

So the same thing happens on a notebook and a desktop... that sounds like its something up the line. I mean, not your computers but maybe modem or ISP?

I would ask your ISP

I got in contact with the ISP and guess what? They did everything they could but nothing solved my problem. I'm tearing my hair off.
Everythine I try to launch Steam I get the following message: "Steam needs to be online to update. Please confirm your network connection and try again."
I'm also trying to download GOG to finally play Cyberpunk 2077 but GOG won't download. Everytime I try to download GOG Galaxy it never download it.
I swer to God that I'm almost throwing my modem from the windows ....

Thanks for your reply. I just solved it just by changind the adapter settings.
Apparently was an issue with IPv4 on which I've changed the DNS server addresses and that was it. Everything immediately worked again.
