[SOLVED] my pcie wifi card is causing bluescreen on start

hey, so i just baught a Gigabit WiFi Card, AC1730Mbps PCIe Wireless Card with Bluetooth 5.0, AND WHEN I TRY TO TURN ON my pc i get bluescreen and when i remove the wifi card i have 0 problems plzzzzzz someone help me i beg

rtx 2070
i9 9900k32gb corsair rgb 3200
nzxt x62
msi z390 ace

what do u mean by reset to default i didnt want to mess with anything in the bios

i would at least try it. there is not a good reason it won't boot with the card, really. start troubleshooting.

you could also download the latest win10 and do a repair install. I bet your OS is hosed anyway. should never do that when you add in a pcie card.

A specific driver issue may exist, or known issue with the brand

latest bios version?

i dont know how to trubleshoot plus my windows 10 pro is updated i just cheked
