My pocessor is overheating 200C (degree)

A while ago I had alot off CPU and my PC was getting so slow.
I had a feeling it was a virus so I formatted my SSD.
When my pc was fixed I trurned it on and it was running well but after 30min my PC was slow again and my CPU was around 80%.
I installed speedfan and I saw that my CPU had a good temprature but my core was over 200C.
I quickly turned my PC off.
What should I do ? Is my core broken?

It did not reach 200c. Things would melt at that point.

With which application you were monitoring cpu temp.???
I certainly cant be 200°C buddy
Maybe it was 200°F which would be around 60-70°C.
Or the app u r using to monitor cpu temp.is not showing correct readings
