Question My printer doesn't have an IP address

I have an EPSON L365 that was working just fine a few months ago but now it won't working on Windows.
I headed over to a Linux distro and it worked.
On the router's webpage I saw this, it has an IPv6 address but not an IPv4

You probably need to disable IPv6 in the printer setup.

I have no idea of how to do that, the setup doesn't give me this option

Did you check to see if your PC has an IPv4 or an IPv6 (or both) address ?
