Question My processor does not reach 3.90mhz, what should I do? i5 4690k

Hello, can someone help me, I have an i5 4690k and an h97 gaming 3 and the processor does not reach 3.90mhz, the maximum it reaches is 3.70, I would like to know how I have to make it work at 3.90mhz

I tried to overclock but they told me that on h97 boards you can't just z97 and I want to know if it's true and if I could overclock over 4.0 mhz.

You dont even know frequencies, 4 mhz???? Please stop right now and dont try to overclock, you have no ideea what you're doing, this is gonna end bad.

On intel it says your motherboard supports the turbo boost of 3.90

look under the compatibility and the chip set supports it.
i would go over intel's overclocking of 3.90Ghz
