Question My PSU makes an audible click every time I turn my PC on or off. Is this normal?

I'm fairly certain it's only started recently, unless I just didn't notice it before, but I doubt it since the sound is fairly loud.

The PSU is an EVGA 850W GQ and is only 4 months old. Also worth noting, it makes a quiet buzzing noise all of the time, but I can't tell whether it's from the cables or the fan.

Should I RMA the unit?

That is normal. It's a relay.
